Shipping:
- We provide free shipping on all pre-paid orders value above Rs. 500 and Rs. 55/- for orders value below 500 on Standard Delivery.
- There are Rs. 100/- for additional Charges for COD (Cash-On-Delivery) Orders.
Delivery:
- All our products are dispatched within 48-72 hrs from our warehouse and once dispatched, it may take up to 2-5 days (Standard Delivery) (most metro cities) & 5-10 days (Standard Delivery) (non-metro or remote areas) to reach your given address.
- However, due to COVID-19 there have been unexpected delays. Please refer the announcement section for the current dispatch timeline.
We usually make sure the products reach you within the specified timeline but in case there is any major delay we’ll keep you updated. Also, these timelines do not apply during Festive and End of Season Sales due to the high volume of orders. Please check our announcement section for the updated dispatch time.
Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail, SMS or Whatsapp message with a tracking link. You can also track your order in your login dashboard section.
IMPORTANT:
We use 3rd Party courier service providers for shipping our orders. Any delay at the courier’s end is beyond our control. For any such cases, where the product is stuck in transit or not delivered at the promised time, we would assist you in getting connected with the respective support helpline of the courier company. Unfortunately, expediting a shipment is practically beyond our scope of support and we don’t want to set any false expectations in this matter.
